Shipping Charges

Shipping fees (if any) are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected service. Promotional free shipping may be offered from time to time.

Order Tracking

When available, tracking details will be shared after dispatch. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear on the carrier’s website.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, payable by the recipient. The Pottery Patch is not responsible for delays due to customs inspections.

Address Issues & Failed Deliveries

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses may incur re‑shipping charges.
  • Unclaimed packages returned to us may be refunded minus shipping and handling fees (where applicable).
